Our Classic Maternity Mini Sessions are perfect if you’d love some beautiful maternity photographs but prefer a shorter, simpler experience.
In just one hour we’ll create a small collection of elegant, timeless portraits in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
These sessions focus on simple, flattering maternity portraits using my signature posing and studio lighting.
During your session we’ll create a small selection of beautiful images, typically including a combination of casual portraits, a studio dress or fabric look, and elegant close-up or silhouette style photographs.
Unlike my full maternity sessions, these mini sessions are focused purely on maternity portraits and do not include partners, children, creative concepts or multiple styling changes.
Approximately two weeks after your session, you’ll be invited back to the studio for your Viewing & Ordering Appointment, where you will see your fully edited gallery and choose your favourite photographs.
Your Mini Maternity Session includes 3 fully retouched digital images, with the option to upgrade to a larger image collection if you wish.
My studio is based in Steeton, West Yorkshire, specialising in maternity, newborn and baby photography for families across Skipton, Keighley, Ilkley and the surrounding areas.

HOW DO I BOOK?
To secure your Mini Maternity Session, full payment of £199 is required at the time of booking.
Because these sessions are offered on limited dates, your booking secures your chosen session time in the studio diary.
Your Mini Maternity Session includes 3 fully retouched digital images, with the option to upgrade to a larger collection at your Viewing & Ordering Appointment.
As these sessions are offered on limited dates, payments are non-refundable but your session may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK MY MINI MATERNITY SESSION?
You can book your Mini Maternity Session any time after your 12 week scan, however it’s best to get in touch by the start of your third trimester as these sessions are offered on limited dates and availability is restricted.
Mini Maternity Sessions are most suitable for those between their 28th and 36th week of pregnancy, although ideally we recommend scheduling your session between 30 and 34 weeks, when your bump is showing beautifully but you’re not too close to your due date.
Mini Maternity Sessions take place on selected dates only at my studio in Steeton, West Yorkshire. These dates will be released periodically and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are hoping to secure one of these sessions, I recommend booking as soon as dates become available to avoid disappointment.
HOW LONG IS A MINI MATERNITY SESSION?
Mini Maternity Sessions last up to one hour and take place in my studio in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
These sessions are designed to create a small collection of elegant, timeless maternity portraits using simple styling and classic posing. Because they are shorter than my full maternity sessions, the focus is on maternity portraits only and does not include partners, children or multiple styling changes.
If you would prefer a longer, more relaxed session with additional styling options and the opportunity to include partners or children, you may wish to book a Signature Maternity Session instead.
How should I prepare for the session?

Can I include my partner or children?
Mini Maternity Sessions are designed to focus purely on timeless maternity portraits of the mum-to-be, so partners and children are not included in these sessions.
Because the session time is shorter, this allows us to concentrate on creating a small collection of beautiful maternity images using simple styling and classic posing.
If you would like to include your partner and/or children in your photographs, I recommend booking one of my Signature Maternity Sessions, which are longer and designed to allow time for family portraits as well as a wider variety of maternity images.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY IMAGES?
Your Viewing & Ordering Appointment will be arranged with you at the end of your session and usually takes place around 2–3 weeks later.
At this appointment, you’ll return to the studio to view your beautifully edited gallery of approximately 10–12 images and choose your favourite photographs.
Your Mini Maternity Session includes 3 fully retouched digital images, and you will also have the option to upgrade to a larger collection if you wish.
HOW DO I BOOK A MINI MATERNITY SESSION?
Mini Maternity Sessions are offered on limited dates throughout the year and availability is very restricted.
