Find out what we’re doing to keep our photo sessions a safe environment for you and your family during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will continue to use additional measures in our studio, in addition to our usual hygiene measures to help reduce the risk of Covid-19 as much as possible.

Your safety during your session has always been our top priority.

These measures include:

  • The Photographer will continue to wear a face mask during all indoor sessions and viewing & ordering appointments to ensure our Client’s continue to feel safe and comfortable during their appointments with us.

  • Face Coverings: Whilst we understand that face coverings are no longer a legal requirement, we would appreciate if Client’s continue to wear a face covering or mask during appointments with us (whilst not being photographed) for the time being. The Photographer regularly has contact with newborn babies and vulnerable adults and therefore we ask Clients to continue to wear face coverings, to help us keep all Client’s safe as far as possible during their appointments with us. We appreciate your co-operation. This will be reviewed in March.

  • We ask that outdoor footwear is removed before entering the studio.

  • Hand sanitiser is provided to be used upon entry and exit, as well as throughout appointments.

  • NHS Test & Trace QR code is available to scan.

  • Anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms on arrival at the studio will not be permitted entry.

  • The Photographer regularly washes their hands and uses hand sanitiser (usual practice).

  • We ask that only those participating in each session attend appointments and indoor sessions are limited to a maximum of 2 households or 6 people, due to limited space in the studio.

  • We will continue to maintain social distancing wherever possible.

  • High touch areas will be wiped thoroughly with disinfectant before and after each session & viewing appointment.

  • All photography items and props used during sessions will be disinfected and/or washed and/or isolated as appropriate.

  • Our tea & coffee facilities have been removed to reduce risk, but individual bottles of water and packets of biscuits will be available for our customers during photography appointments in our studio.

  • Viewing & ordering appointments are undertaken in the studio at 1m+ social distancing with the use of face coverings wherever possible.

  • Sessions & viewing appointments will be rescheduled to a later date if either the Photographer, the Clients, their households or anyone they have been in close contact with are showing symptoms of Covid-19, test positive for Covid-19 or are required to isolate. All booking fees shall be used as credit towards the rescheduled session.
