Find out what we’re doing to keep our photo sessions a safe environment for you and your family during the COVID-19 pandemic




We have introduced a number of new measures in our studio, in addition to our usual hygiene measures to help reduce the risk of Covid-19 as much as possible. Your safety during your session has always been my top priority.

These measures include:

  • No outdoor footwear to be worn in the studio.

  • Hand sanitiser provided to be used upon entry and exit, as well as throughout the session.

  • NHS Test & Trace QR code available to scan.

  • Anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms on arrival at the studio will not be permitted entry.

  • The Photographer will wear a face mask during all sessions and viewing appointments.

  • Face coverings are to be worn by Clients in the studio when not being photographed.

  • The Photographer regularly washes their hands and uses hand sanitiser (usual practice).

  • We ask that only those participating in each session attend our studio and sessions are for single households only.

  • The Photographer and Clients will maintain social distancing wherever possible.

  • All surfaces will be wiped thoroughly with disinfectant before and after each session & viewing appointment.

  • All photography items and props used during sessions will be thoroughly disinfected and/or washed and/or isolated as appropriate.

  • Our tea & coffee facilities have been removed to reduce risk.

  • Viewing appointments are undertaken in the studio at 1m+ social distancing with the use of face coverings.

  • Customers who book a session with us can request a copy of our Risk Assessment.

  • Sessions & viewing appointments will be rescheduled to a later date if either the Photographer, the Clients, their households or anyone they have been in close contact with are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with a confirmed positive case. All booking fees shall be used as credit towards the rescheduled session.
