Are you simply looking for a few ‘headshot’ images of yourself for your website and social media accounts and would like to appear more professional to your customers? Or perhaps you’re looking for updated headshots for your acting or modelling work? If so, then a Headshot Session is right for you!
There’s two options for your Headshot Session: The Simple Headshot Session is a quick and simple session, lasting approximately 30 minutes, producing purely more traditional headshots. These sessions include two changes of clothes & one colour of backdrop and include 3 high resolution digital images, so you can update all of your marketing materials quickly.
Looking for more stylised portrait images for your business? If so, the Full Headshot Session is right for you! These sessions last around 1 hour and include two to three changes of clothes and two backdrop choices, plus use of our studio wardrobe, if desired. I will work with you to produce a greater range of poses and images for you to choose from.
Headshot Sessions take place at my studio in Steeton (BD20 6RL). If you would prefer your Headshot session to take place at an outdoor location, please get in touch for a quote.
To book a Headshot Session, the package fee is required to be paid upon booking, to secure the date and time of your session. Immediately after your session I will select the best overall images (removing blinks, duplicates etc.) and you will view your gallery of proofs whilst at the studio. This is when you will select your preferred portraits and can choose to purchase additional images. Once you have chosen your images I will fully edit your selection before sending them to you in a digital download within approximately 1 week. You can expect to see between 10 and 25 images in a gallery from a Headshot Session to choose from – the overall number of images will depend on which Headshot Session you have opted for. This session is a perfect addition to your business to communicate to your customers who you are!
THE SIMPLE HEADSHOT SESSION

THE FULL HEADSHOT SESSION

– 1 hour studio session
– Maximum of 3 outfits & two backdrop colours
– More variety in poses (Headshots/Full Body etc. depending on Client’s needs)
– Immediate viewing after your session to select your images from your proof gallery
– 6 edited high resolution digital images to download (in both colour and B&W)
– Display & Publication license for the promotion of your business & services
Additional digital images may be purchased at £40 each.

BUSINESS BRANDING SESSIONS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Would you like some images of you at work? Are you starting a new business? Perhaps you have some products that you would like to promote? If this is the case then I would recommend a Business Branding Session, which will allow you to not only update your professional images of you at work, but we can also capture your place of work as well as showcase some of your products.
Business Branding Sessions are usually undertaken at your place of work and my packages for these sessions include digital images in the price, so you know what to expect before we start creating your eye catching images. The number of images you will receive in total will largely depend on the range of subjects/products/areas we focus on and the package you choose.
To book a Business Branding Session, a deposit of £95 is required to be paid upon booking, to secure the date and time of your session, with the remainder of your package due 7 days before your session date. After your session I will spend time selecting and editing the best overall images, before sending these to you in a digital download within 3 weeks of your session.
This session is ideal for business owners who are looking for a range of images to promote themselves, their employees and their business.
BASIC

Commercial & Business Branding additional information

Additional hours on top of our packages are charged at £95 per hour for the first 2 additional hours and £75 per hour thereafter (up to a maximum of 8 hours). Additional hours requested on the day of a shoot or at short notice are subject to availability and we advise booking a package that will cover the time we will need to shoot your project upon initial booking.
*The final number of images in your gallery will depend on what you are having photographed (e.g. yourself at work, products, buildings, employees etc.) and the complexity of each shot required. The numbers above are approximate and often we provide far more images than these minimums, but it can be difficult to advise on expected number of images until we know what we are photographing for you. We will discuss this upon booking.

If your Headshot or Business Branding Session is taking place in our studio, we will be delighted to welcome you into our cosy and comfortable studio in Steeton, near Keighley, Skipton, Ilkley & Bingley in West Yorkshire (about 45 minutes from Leeds and Bradford).
